A program of the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, Bait Al Gahwa offers extensive training and certification courses to develop practitioners of authentic Emirati gahwa (“coffee”) tradition. The training is based on research and aims to document and preserve the tradition of gahwa. The program also offers workshops and public programming to introduce wider audiences to Emirati gahwa.
