Isabella Javidan is the digital content assistant at the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington, where she assists in managing the institute’s digital platforms. Prior to joining AGSIW, she interned with the U.S. State Department doing public diplomacy work for U.S. Embassy Algiers. She has additionally interned with a Yezidi-led nongovernmental organization conducting social media outreach and program support and at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she was responsible for administrative duties.

Javidan is currently a graduate student at American University’s School of International Service studying comparative and regional studies with a focus on the Middle East and conflict resolution.
