Senior Office Administrator
Kevin Fagan is the senior office administrator at the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. Prior to joining the institute, Fagan served as the senior operations administrator for a government contractor where he served as a member of the strategic planning team, managed a corporate rebranding project, and was the chief technical software and compliance trainer. He traveled extensively on contract for the U.S. Department of State providing training on classified systems at U.S. embassies in over 30 countries. Previously, he served for 10 years as the manager of membership services, IT director, and governance manager at Chief Executives Organization, a leading, international peer network organization of executives and business leaders. He has worked as an independent consultant to several Washington, DC-based organizations including the World Bank, Baker Hostetler, and the Building Owners and Managers Association. He has also designed award-winning publications for government agencies and continues to write and design marketing materials for exclusive private travel excursions.
