  • Baylor University: Ambassador Douglas A. Silliman delivered the keynote address, "Business Ethics Across Cultures," at the Dale P. Jones Business Ethics Forum at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business in Waco, Texas. Silliman also lectured about the future of Iraq in light of current tensions.
