In Bahrain, Ambassador William Roebuck attended the 2024 Manama Dialogue. He attended the Manama Dialogue’s Young Leaders’ Program Dinner, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy.
Roebuck met with the director general of bilateral relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, discussing regional developments and ways to enhance cooperation between the ministry and AGSIW. He also held a side meeting with the Bahraini minister of interior and discussed regional developments and ways to further develop joint efforts between Bahrain and AGSIW.
In Oman, Roebuck met with the head of Oman’s Diplomatic Academy and with the head of the Muscat Policy Council. He also discussed regional developments in separate meetings with a number of academics and journalists.
