As part of AGSIW’s Energy Series, Ben Cahill previewed his paper for AGSIW, “Everything at Once: Transformation of Abu Dhabi’s Oil Policy,” and discussed how, under Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, Abu Dhabi has made a fundamental shift in its oil policy since 2016.
